  • Tuition Refund Form

    Refunds generally take 6 to 10 weeks to process after refund eligibility has been confirmed.

  • Whenever possible, refunds are issued to the student in the same manner as the original payment method. In instances where it is not possible, refunds will be issued using another appropriate method.

    This process aligns with Policy AC-2-16, Section 6: E, which outlines MITT's Tuition and Fee Payment and Refund Policy and Procedure.

  • Bank account holder’s information provided must match the information on the account with the bank or the refund payment may be rejected by the receiving bank and additional fees incurred.

  • CIBC Student Pay

    Refund will be sent to the account used to make the original CIBC payment (bank account, credit card, Alipay/WeChat account etc.) up to the original CIBC payment amount.

  • Convera (International Students only)

    Depending on the original form of payment, Convera will either refund via the original payment source or they will send you an email requesting banking information.

  • Square

    Payments made in the Square platform will be issued back through Square and the original payment method.
