  • Note: Do not submit this form more than once unless you are requesting a transcript for a different post-secondary institution. Submitting multiple requests will delay the processing and delivery of your transcript.

    *If you request for an interim transcript for a post-secodary, we will automatically send a final transcript to the post-secondary. Do not submit a second request.

  • Do you need the paper copy to be mailed to a physical address in Canada? CANADA POST is on strike. Mail may not be delivered for several weeks/months. Please choose an email or pick up option if your request is time sensitive.*

    In order to process your transcript request, please upload a copy of a government issued ID (Driver's License, PR Card, or MB Health Card). If you are unable to upload a document, please contact us to help walk you through this process. There will be a delay in processing your request if you do not upload a form of ID.
